We rent Saturday – Saturday only

Base Rate of 4 People

May, September – October: $1100/wk
June – August: $1550/wk

State tax (5.5%) and Local Tax (4.5%) will also be collected.

Each guest over four $125

Overnight guests $25 with a max of $125

Pets $100 per week

Children under 5 free

Returning guests from the previous year $100 loyalty discount

$200 Deposit

Full refund if cancellation less $50 only if we are able to fill the vacancy. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
